"Impressed with my first order"
I just got a pair of pink wellies, a snow hat, and some snow gloves for my 13-month-old as we move into Autumn and Winter. This was my first time buying from this seller, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how everything went. My order was shipped within an hour, and it showed up the very next day! Totally didn’t see that coming. Plus, there was a handwritten thank you note on the invoice - such a nice touch! I was super pleased with the service, and everything was packed up nicely.

"Awesome site and great support"
Awesome site and great support! I initially got the jacket from a different retailer, but they emailed me weeks later to inform me it was unavailable. This company's site does an automatic inventory check because right after I placed my order, I saw that the jacket was no longer available. I’m definitely gonna order from them again, super satisfied and really pleased with the product as well.

"Top-notch customer support"
We purchased a pair of Scarpa Neutron mid boots for my daughter, and they’re fantastic! Sadly, the toe bumper began to come off the front of the boot, which is quite rare for a Scarpa item in my experience, but that’s how it goes. I reached out to The Little Adventure shop, and they quickly provided a replacement pair. I'm really pleased and will surely shop with them again. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

"Two Bags and a Toddler Parka"
I picked up a couple of bags for my 3-year-old who's about to start nursery, and she totally adores them. The communication was top-notch, whether through email or phone, and they got back to me super quick. We had a fantastic experience with the customer service, so we decided to grab a toddler parka jacket as well. I received an instant update when it was shipped out. Would definitely do this again!
